We offer a wide range of payment options – whether via PayPal, Apple Pay, Mollie, credit card, Klarna, or bank transfer. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best at the end of your order.

Our shipping partners have been carefully selected to ensure fast and smooth delivery. Do you need your item urgently and are located in the Regensburg area or surroundings? Of course, you can also pick up your order from us on site (by appointment).

Apart from the listed payment options, delivery “on account” is available for large enterprises subject to approval (positive credit check and a certain minimum turnover). We also offer individual payment terms for schools, public authorities and institutions. Feel free to contact us personally before purchasing.

Shipping Conditions

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 1–3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Bulky goods are clearly marked in the respective product description.

We deliver within Germany and to the countries and zones listed on our website.


Note: Our prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately – if applicable.

Shipping within Germany

Delivery time: 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (Mon–Fri) – no delivery on Sundays & public holidays.

Shipping costs within Germany are calculated based on the cart value or, for express shipping, by weight.

Orders and payments must be received by 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri).
Express orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Self-Collection

Are you from Regenstauf, Regensburg or the surrounding area? Do you urgently need your goods because of a server, hard drive or fan failure and need a quick replacement? Or are you just passing through and want to pick up your order right away? No problem! Self-collection of your goods is also possible with us.

Important notes for self-collection:
Prior appointment is mandatory.
Please indicate in the “Additional Information” field during the order process when you would like to collect the goods (e.g. “CW35”, optionally with time).

Payment must be made online via the ordering system.
On-site payment is only possible in urgent cases and by prior arrangement, and only in cash.

For third-party collection, an authorization letter and the order confirmation must be presented.

Additional Payment and Shipping Information:

Billing Address – Can I change it afterwards?
A subsequent change to the billing address is not possible. For PayPal, buyer protection only applies to the address provided in the order. For a different billing address, the original order must be canceled and placed again.

Ordered multiple products – Will everything arrive together?
Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments on different days. Tracking numbers (if available) will be sent by email.

Freight Shipping – What should I consider?
A phone number is required to arrange a delivery appointment. The agreed time window is binding. In case of problems, please contact the freight company directly – costs for unsuccessful deliveries will not be covered.

Delivery Address – Can I specify a parcel station?
Deliveries to parcel or pickup stations are not possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address – What to do?
Please notify us immediately – subsequent changes are not possible.

Pickup by Third Parties – Is that allowed?
Yes, with a signed authorization and order confirmation.
