Customer account / registration

Top left, next to the shopping cart, you will find the icon for "My Account". By clicking on it you can register or log in to your existing customer account.

If you already have an account with us but no longer know the password, you can click on "I have forgotten my password" under the login screen. A new password will be sent to the email address stored in the customer account.

Products / Availability

You can find information about the product condition on the respective product detail page under "Properties" → "Condition".

This is a used item that has been professionally refurbished by us. You can find an overview of the product conditions offered here: Condition descriptions

The included accessories can be found on the respective product detail page under "Properties" → "Scope of delivery". In general: all product properties (e.g.RAM,hard drives, operating system, etc.) that are mentioned in the item description are also included in the scope of delivery. Accessories such as rack mounting rails, front panels, blank panels, hard drive caddies, battery packs for RAID controllers, power or other connection cables and software are only included if this is explicitly listed in the respective item description or in the scope of delivery. The number of fans or power supplies supplied can be found under the headings “Fans” and “Power supplies” in the respective product properties.

Our price always refers to the configuration offered. The price therefore varies depending on which processor, RAM, etc. is installed or the condition of the item on offer.

Yes, we offer an optional warranty extension for certain products. You can find this in the category "Server" → "Service & Maintenance".
There you can choose between "Next Business Day Service", "PickUp and Return" and "24/7 Service with 4h response time". Optionally, you can purchase a warranty extension of 1, 2, 3, or even 5 years.

Servers are generally delivered without any software. Most of our office devices (such as PCs, workstations & notebooks) have software installed. You can find out whether and which operating system is installed in the respective product description under the item "Operating system installed".

Yes, this function is even available online for certain devices. You can find these products in the category "Server“ → “Configurator”. Here you can order your desired configuration directly online. This gives you a choice of which and how many processors, memory modules, network adapters, RAID controllers, hard drives (HDDs or SSDs) and power supplies are to be installed. You can also order an optional warranty extension and other accessories (such as rack mounting rails, cables or optical drives). If your desired configuration is not available online, please feel free to contact us personally.

You may find the option to upgrade the RAM online, directly in the article or under the item "suitable accessories" in the respective product description. If you are unsure about the compatibility, you can of course contact us directly.

Yes, if you have assembled your server online yourself or ordered an upgrade, our technicians will install it for you straight away. The desired configuration will also be checked again at this point so that you receive a device that works perfectly.

No, the upgrade describes the final total capacity. For example, if you decide to upgrade to 64 GB RAM for a server that was originally offered with 16 GB, you will receive the device with 64 GB of RAM.

If you are looking for a suitable server online,If you have found a suitable device but do not need the built-in RAM or hard drive (or you need the device as a "barebone"), you are welcome to contact us directly and obtain a non-binding, individual offer.

Order / Payment

You are welcome to contact us directly. We are networked with IT dealers worldwide and can try to procure the desired device or spare part for you.

If you are an IT service provider, IT consultant, IT dealer or an IT system house and would like to purchase a larger quantity or seek a long-term partnership, we can offer you dealer conditions. Please speak to us personally and have your business license ready.
We also occasionally have special offers and discounts available for all other customers. To make sure you don't miss anything, you can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our social media channels.

Ordering in the online shop is the most convenient and easiest way for both parties, but you can also place your order by phone or email. If you already have a customer number with us, please feel free to let us know.

That's no problem, you can send us the items you want (e.g. screenshot of the shopping cart or wish list) by email or using the contact form and get a quote. The order can then also be placed via email.

If you have a customer account, you can create a "wishlist" with the items you want. Please note, however, that the items you have in your wishlist or in your shopping cart are not reserved and can still be ordered by other customers.

The invoice will be sent to you by email the day after the goods have been dispatched.

In an "emergency" the billing address can also be changed retrospectively. However, as this involves a lot of work for us, we ask you to order with the correct address straight away or, if you notice the wrong address immediately after ordering, to contact us immediately about this.

In the shopping cart you will find a field where you can enter your "voucher code".

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to redeem a voucher retrospectively.

In general, we do not offer payment "on account". However, we do offer individual payment terms for schools, authorities and institutions. Please feel free to speak to us personally about this.

If the order is prepaid and the payment has not yet been made, the payment method can still be changed afterwards. Please contact us directly about this.

Yes, in urgent cases, the goods can also be picked up yourself and paid for on site. Please note that we can only accept cash payments on site and that an appointment with us in advance is necessary.

Our company doesn't offer installment plans. However, you have the option of paying later or in installments via PayPal.

Delivery / Collection

The shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method, shipping weight and delivery area and are calculated directly for you in the shopping cart. You can also find an overview of shipping costs here.

Unless otherwise agreed with us individually, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days after conclusion of the contract or, if advance payment has been agreed, within this period after the time of your payment instruction. No deliveries can be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Express shipping is generally possible. Please contact us directly to find out whether the desired item can be sent via express on the same day.

As we mostly ship with UPS, delivery to a post office or DHL packing station is unfortunately not possible.

Yes, you can pick up your order yourself in urgent cases and after making an appointment with us. You will need your order confirmation to pick it up. Please note that payment on site can only be made in cash.
If you have ordered a larger quantity (one or more pallets) and would like to collect them yourself or have your own shipping company collect them, please contact us directly in advance.

This may be possible under certain circumstances: if you have ordered via prepayment and the shipment has not yet been paid/sent, the delivery address can still be changed. If an order was placed via PayPal, it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards. Reason: PayPal's buyer protection only applies to the delivery address sent to PayPal, which cannot be changed afterwards.
In this case, the order would have to be cancelled and placed again with the correct address.

Yes, that is possible. In this case, we will enclose a delivery note that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about our company. The You will receive an invoice by email to the address stored in your customer account. If you would like neutral shipping, you can simply enter the information in the comments field when placing your order.

Our devices and spare parts are packed securely for transport in optimized shipping boxes with foam lining. If you have a large number of servers or office equipment, we will pack them on a pallet for you.

Complaint / Guarantee

You would do us a great favor if you had the shipping company or delivery person immediately acknowledge the damage. As a consumer, however, no disadvantage for you if you do not do this. In the event of transport damage, you can contact us directly by phone, email or contact form, we will certainly find a satisfactory solution for you.

Please check carefully in advance whether you have actually received all the packages (parcels / pallets), if necessary the shipments have been split up and delivery takes place on different days.
If accessories are missing, please check the item description/order confirmation again. Properties/accessories that are not explicitly listed (e.g. rack mounting rails, hard drive frames) are not included in the scope of delivery.
If the accessory was listed in the item description or on your order confirmation, but contrary to expectations is not included in the scope of delivery, please contact us directly and we will send it to you immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer repairs for devices that were not purchased from us.

Yes, our service contracts can also be concluded for servers that were not purchased from us. Simply contact us directly.
