• PickUp and Return Service: Defective hardware will be sent in. There is no technician on site.
• all warranty extensions are optionally available with a term of 1, 2 or 3 years.

Your respective service package or your chosen maintenance contract includes all costs for travel times, material and labor. However, the prices listed are generally only valid for Germany. Please inquire about the applicable conditions for service and maintenance in Europe.

• Decide how long you want the service to be
• Let us know all the necessary events (location, equipment, special features)

We will then send you a voucher on which all important information is noted.

In order to be able to activate a warranty extension for you as quickly as possible, we ask you to fill in the fields "Server location", "Server serial number" and "Start of warranty extension" when you complete your purchase.
